Day 1- water

The first day of my 5-5-5 challenge is over. I drank my 5 8-oz glasses of water. It was touch and go there for a while; I finished the last one at 10:45pm. Today looks like a water day as well, with the potential for sit ups when I get home.

When I read the original challenge I missed the part about the 5-yr plan. Mine is to have my mortgage paid off. As of right now, I'm supposed to be done in Feb 2018, which is just under 6 years. I'll run the numbers later to see exactly what it will entail, but it's doable.

    Oh, I didn't notice anything about a five-year plan either. I guess mine is to be retired and living in my own condo near the grandchildren. And surviving!

    I didn't say anything about a 5-year plan in my original email; the third 5 just represents the 5th month of the year (May). However, if anyone wants to add a 5-year goal, who am I to stand in their way? Big Grin

    If you find it difficult to drink a lot of water, you might look at foods with a high water content. For example, cooked, red kidney beans are 77% water content.
    Check out water content for watermelon, cucumber, zucchini,
    lettuce spinach etc.

    I thought the 5yr plan was a great idea, because it really made me think- what IS my 5 year plan???
